Website Hosting
I am please to announce that, after entering a partnership with HostGator, I now offer website hosting. Pricing is simple. $5.00 a month, $5.00 setup fee (it’s about the same as HostGator charges). I have hosting packages available for PHP, Rails, and Standard HTML. Pricing is the same. Hard drive space and bandwidth are not specifically set. That will be done on the needs of your site. The intention is that you (the client) have an easer time getting your site up and running. For that reason my hosting packages are limited to clients only. And will not be sold outside of my customers. No exceptions.
Update: I no longer work with HostGator. I still recommend using them for shared hosting but their mid-to-high-end services left a lot to be desired. Due to some performance issues on busy websites during peek hours, I have decided to migrate away from them. Hosting is still available, the price has not changed. Hosting is now provided by SliceHost. The move allows for more dynamic changes. For example if your server is running slow you can just quadrouple the ram, with a click of a button.
I still only offer hosting for my clients. External customers (wanting only to have their site hosted) are not being accepted.
