Project Tracker
I use Redmine project tracker to manage my projects. It’s a great application. Once you are a client you will be able to log in and see your project(s) along with billing statuses, updates, and other reports. You can also enter in a new feature or bug, request estimates, or just about anything else.
All my clients have access to their trackers. If you have lost you user name or password just let me know and I will reset them for you.
Once you enter the project tracker you can setup email notification to get a quicker response when your project is completed. You can also set up RSS feeds and browse your SVN repository (in most cases). You can get an idea of what your current bill is if your on monthly billing, and find out what projects are coming close to completion and which ones are further out.

Don’t worry, you can still send emails and communicate via skype and the phone. All your emails adn conversations will still generate tickets.
